I am 100% positive I left a message with one of your nice associates. I was very clear with my name and phone number and never received a call back. It’s 10 days later & NO CALL BACK? (you know, even if you weren’t interested in my case, all you had to do was say that). But it’s like no call no-show … people hate that.
