Fantastic assistance from Lea.
Lots of stock, but all basically the same thing just repeated over and over again. No variety at all, was very disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were expensive, and parking was hard.

I called the store to ask about their recliners. I spoke to a lovely lady, Lyn I think was her name. Regardless, today took my elderly almost deaf parents to this store to buy 2 lift recliners and met both ladies. They were so nice. Lyn showed an empathic manner when dealing with my parents. She made a nice connection with them, built their trust, demonstrated the way the chair worked, carefully explaining the buttons and their purpose.
