Horstedpond- Simply Magical!!! We recently had out wedding at Horstedpond Farm, a fantastic day, couldn't have hoped for a more perfect wedding! Hiring a blank canvas isn't for everyone as you need to be really well organised to ensure everything runs smoothly and connected with people who can make and create the things you want. Annabelle the owner is super helpful and will go above and beyond to help with anything needed. Though our wedding is not until next year, Annabel has been incredibly helpful in supporting the planning of our wedding day. We booked Hosted Pond in Spring this year as we had fallen in love with how beautiful, secluded and quiet the Lucerne Field is. Unfortunately our experience at Hostedpond Farm for our wedding in June 2022 was- by far- the most stressful element of our entire DIY experience- and that’s even with having a delay due to Covid! The venue itself is fine, it's an isolated field surrounded by trees. Just don’t be lured into thinking it’s a ‘blank canvas’. We were able to celebrate our wedding last weekend at Horstedpond farm and it was everything we had hoped for and more! Over the 2 years it has taken to put the wedding on, Annabel has been incredibly helpful and offered advice and support wherever necessary. She liaised with our suppliers for us and directed them to get the best possible outcome.
