Came here a few weeks ago on a day pass and was utterly disappointed by the state of the place. The showers were filthy and filled with grime and mould, none of the staff were very friendly apart from the lady in the changing room (possibly cleaner?) who helped me with my locker and showed me where to go. The other lady at reception with dark curly hair was very rude and withdrawn and it felt as though she was too busy to help me. For the price not worth it will not be coming back anytime soon.

Booked a spa day as a birthday treat for myself, my sister and mum. Firstly the booking process was a struggle, no option to book online, they say to call to book. I called several times over a few days and no one answered the phone. I then emailed to which I received a few bizarre responses but eventually someone emailed to let me know I had been booked in, and I would have to call to pay over the phone. I booked a day at the spa for me and my daughter. We had a deal which included a back massage, seaweed wrap, facial and head massage and lunch up to £15 worth. When booking by phone the ?manager of the spa told me that I had been undercharged and the computer had accepted that so I was lucky to have great value for the particular package booked.
