This is an absolutely amazing place!!!!! We have never boarded our dog before so we were pretty nervous. We chose this kennel because our family had used and loved it. The owners are absolutely wonderful people. They take such great care of the animals they keep. Our sweet baby loved it and was extremely comfortable there. It gave us such peace of mind knowing while we were gone she would be in such great care. I highly recommend this kennel! !!!
So happy to have found this place. I went to visit several kennels before finding this one. In all of them, the smell was overpowering, and the opportunities to run and stretch were minimal and were always with other dogs in large crowds. The feel at this place is entirely different. They go out (just my two dogs together) several times a day to play in large fenced areas that allow for running, and the staff seem to really love the dogs. Very pleased!
To Dustin Derks and Mia Lenoir who are the parents of Luna. I would appreciate if you would be truthful in your on line reviews. You came and toured our kennel and set an appointment for your dog's stay with us in our shoddy at best kennel. Great dog, unfortunately Mia and Todd were not happy with our price structure so I asked Mia to use a different kennel for her dog's future boarding needs.
I am very pleased with horseshoe country kennels. They have taken good care of my 2 dogs. They take time to answer any concerns or questions that you have.
I went based on great reviews but was deeply disappointed. Management is rude and disorganized. Do not recommend at all.
