Recently had a shoulder injury that just wasn’t healing and I kept trying to do my own things to make it better. Went in and saw Jonathan (Physio) and also Peter (massage) and I have to say I am very impressed with both of their approaches and ability to get to the issue and help me recover much quicker. Victoria McGarry is a phenomenal physiotherapist. I suffered a mild ankle sprain two weeks ago and her exercises are thoughtful and very helpful for pain reduction and strengthening. I'm shocked no one else has ever given me the guidance she has provided and I am seeing results very quickly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physio in a very nice setting.
