Why is it that some packages I get in 2 days and others don't get shipped for a whole business week??? Yet someone I know placed an order 4 days after I placed mine and somehow had theirs shipped same day and already received it while mine had only arrived to Calgary sorting facility per Fedex tracking???? Find that very frustrating how it's a hit and miss for a 2-day delivery. The selection for the stuff I need is great, though, and the price seems fair to other retailers so happy about that.
Just had the worst customer service ever with Horse gear canada ! I was referred by a friend to buy the Equine 74 and I was told to reach out to Sarah for a promo code before I placed my order! (second order, and one of many others, I taught) I was brushed off by Sarah and told that she wouldn't be forced into giving out promo codes. She is simply rude & her customer service skills are definitely off ! Hope it was just a bad day and that nobody else is going to get her bad mood !
