Substandard bus service next to BCC. Buses are probably the worst kept and maintained compared to KBL, CBL and Thompson's - who are family owned. They are the least proactive service when it comes to cracking down on fare evaders; the ticket inspectors nowhere near in sight for months - compared to KBL. Buses that are seriously late (and or no show) that get reported to Translink make constant excuses to save their arses.
