I have been going to Dr. Frye since 1989. It's about a 30 minute drive from my home but I have always felt that Dr. Frye does a thorough exam so I've entrusted him with my eyesight for all these years. My daughter is grown now but she and her son have always gone to him as well and he never fails to ask about my family by name. He is in with Horner Rausch and they are in the process of moving. This was the first doctor that didn’t let me go back with my child. He was extremely rude about it . I would understand if it was another adult but this was a child and my child gets Anxious around people with out me there

I love this place. They are all very helpful and kind. Initially my glasses were going to take up to 10 business days to arrive and they arrived in two days instead. I scratched my lens about three months after I got them and they were kind enough to replace the lens for free as well as straighten out my other pair that I hadn’ I love this place. I went in early August to address a cracked in one of my lenses and scratches on the lenses. It had not been a year (warranty for 1 year) but was simply told that it was getting time for my appointment and I wouldbe receiving a card in the mail soon! I paid a total of over $500 for my glasses. My exam was due in about 3 weeks. I did not take possession of these glasses until about Oct so would have been well within warranty!
