We had an excellent experience at HFO. We found a mattress that we liked and was available right then and there to take home. We didn’t feel pressured to buy like you do at a lot of furniture stores. Definitely will shop there again.
Went in to find a wide recliner and Sean was very helpful. My mother in law mentioned she liked a certain recliner but wished it was a different color and he didn’t hesitate to check and see what her options were. He helped us find the perfect recliner as we browsed the store and was professional and friendly during the entire experience. I’ll definitely be returning to the store next time I need more furniture.
