Hornbacher's Osgood did all of my flowers/floral pieces for my wedding at Oxbow Country Club on September 1st. From the very beginning, Carly was a pleasure to work with! She knew exactly what I wanted, even when I didn't know what I wanted! All of the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces and large floral arrangements were beautiful! good size health food department. store always clean and neat. the help is outstanding and courteous as well. selection is very hood.
I love my local Hornbachers store! I recently started eating gluten free and want to thank them for marking every item in the store to make my shopping experience easier. Not to mention how friendly all the employees are!!
I came in today and spilled some coffee, knocked a tonic water off a shelf and my daughter threw her smoothie on the ground all within 15 mins. I was SO embarrassed but staff was so nice and ran each time to get something to clean it up while telling me it was ok. Props to the front end manager, a guy working by the balloons and some guys working in yogurt. Sorry again, it clearly wasn't my day!
