Continued to get multiple messages from fifteen different cell numbers connected to this clinic, until I followed up with them and paid up, for what was a very poor and scattered service. My husband had great things to say, but I would not recommend it at all.
After struggling with autoimmune issues for over 3 decades, Sandi suggested a trial of desiccated thyroid. My regular MD agreed that not everyone’s ideal levels falls within the current accepted norms and it would be worth it to see if it helped. It did, in many ways. I have been with True Balance for 3 years now and their customer care team is absolutely wonderful. In particular Sandi, who is truly the most helpful, caring, kind and understanding person. Sandi is so knowledgeable and the only person I book my consults with. Sandi has come to my rescue several times in super fast response time.
