I'd give a 0 if I could. Drove 3 hrs and 20 minutes for my appt since I moved from Virginia Beach. Got to the office, only to be informed that the provider was at court and they only found out this morning. They wouldn't work me in even knowing that I just drove from the Tallahassee area. It's all great to offer me a $200 credit at renewal. The appt was set, you know a patient has to drive that far and no one has called to reschedule an appt. Is the worst customer service ever! Bathroom is gross, couches are dirty and it's a... read more

Absolutely LOVE this place!!!! Wouldn’t trust my hormone health to any other group of ladies!!!
I have been a patient with them for 3yrs now. They gave me a price 3yrs ago and honored it for those yrs, now they have a new doctor and I asked if it would be honored and they said no, so I was forced to pay more then I was prepared for, leaving me broke and unable to pay for my medicine and had for the week. I will be looking for a new doctor.
