I'd give a 0 if I could. Drove 3 hrs and 20 minutes for my appt since I moved from Virginia Beach. Got to the office, only to be informed that the provider was at court and they only found out this morning. They wouldn't work me in even knowing that I just drove from the Tallahassee area. It's all great to offer me a $200 credit at renewal. The appt was set, you know a patient has to drive that far and no one has called to reschedule an appt. Is the worst customer service ever!
