Thomas helped me and my husband complete our PR application through spousal sponsorship to get my husband from China to Canada. He answered all our questions, showed us which documents to complete and gave us updates on our file. He was always very responsive and kind. We had a very positive experience and recommend getting support when doing this type of application as it involves a lot of work and could be confusing to do on your own.

Quick, Courteous, professional, and very communicative. We felt guided through our whole process of VR extension and Thomas helped calm some of our concerns and guide us through a very challenging process. He responded quickly anytime there was an update or question and was always willing to arrange a meeting to further discuss details or help us understand better. We will be using this service when we do our spousal sponsorship as it was a very pleasant experience working with Thomas and his team.
