Bus turned up 20 minutes late, only had 23 seats instead the 40 that were ordered. We were left for another 20 minutes until a different bus from a different company picked us up. In total an hour late. Very disappointed in the service😡
Absolute terror
Safety not a priority for this company. Reported the dangerous driving behaviour of one of your drivers to the operations team via telephone and 2 follow up emails. They committed to investigate but never received a response after several weeks.
Constantly see these buses pass my house every now and again. Never have I seen them adhere to the speed limit. Reaching well and truly OVER 60KM in a 50KM zone, where there is a school on the street. How long will it take before someone gets hurt for this reckless behaviour to cease?
