Recently they placed in where if you miss your appointments they charge you 50 dollars. They will not pick up the phone, or answer texts for you to cancel in advance. I have documents stated I have tried canceling and yet they are still charging me. I even called twice to billing to sort it out and they will not answer or return calls. They also spam you with texts and emails constantly about what they are doing yet can't answer me. I'm not the only one they are doing this to. Just be careful.
Horizon really helped me during my mentapause. I was in tears, Dr. Harris said to me, "Stop crying, I got you." This was the best decision ever. Due to my heart condition, I wasn't eligible for other hormone treatment. Thank you so much, Dr. Harris. The staff is excellent with wonderful customer service .... they gets you in and out.
