I went to the location in Vestal to use the ATM because just like a large percentage of other people, I work until 5pm and can’t get to the bank before they close. There is a big “24 hour atm” sign outside of the door. You use a card to get in the door. I’m all for double forms of security…if they work. I could hear the door click like it was open, but it had a deadlock or something preventing the door from opening. I’ll save you some time…just go out of your way to the JC location and use the outside atm there.
Empower taking over is a terrible move for current account holders. Poor application of "their new rules" and make transactions much more difficult. Vestal Manager does not no what she is doing and had to call "Syracuse" multiple times with no resolution. Bank elsewhere!
