We started out renting here in 2014 and like it so much we're in the process of purchasing our unit. Very quiet, friendly area with activities to keep us going! I especially like the fact my husband doesn't have to worry about mowing or shoveling snow...we sit back and watch it being done for us!!
Quaint. Quiet , just what your looking for in a senior atmosphere . Getting things repaired may take awhile . Those who have started here , know who is responsible for various services . All in all a nice community to live in . Buying in or renting is up to you . Your maintenance is covered and all inquiries as to improvements go through the builder and committee of owners . Most amenities, I.E. clubhouse , pool etc. Are available here as you would like in a senior. Residence.
