Super attentive staff. They help you with your design choices and are very knowledgeable about brands and available selections. They have a very large tile selection on display and a placement working table for you to layout out your style choices.
We received very helpful in-store support (the main representative we worked with multiple times was Calvin, but everyone pitched in). We compared pricing, and Horizon's was competitive for the different tiles we purchased. Regarding timing, everything was delivered as forecasted.
