Absolutely unprofessional, lackluster business. You are better off using Toro. Horrible customer service — the lack of communication is one thing, but the attitude attached to the actual communication is another. I received confirmation for a 4:30 PM rental at 2:25 PM. I made arrangements for a Lyft to take me to the address displayed on the receipt I received 6427 Washington Avenue. I got dropped off to find out there is no rental car business at this address — it’s a Goodyear service center. I see I missed a call from them... read more
