I understand that the pickup time was pushed back because the car “had to be cleaned,” but when I received the vehicle, it was extremely dirty. I actually had to purchase cleaning supplies myself before I could even use it. Additionally, there was a lot of trash and personal items left in the car by your porter, Julian, which caused me to make multiple detours and turnarounds. This delayed my plans even further. This company is really just Turo. They have no office building and the address online is an abandoned lot. The Car was left for me to pick up on the side of the road in the grass. I rented a tesla for a day and a half and the car was given to me on low power mode, smelling like weed, with the tire light on. When I voiced my concern I was completely ignored like I never said anything. I am completely dissatisfied with my service especially for the price I paid.
