The staff are truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being and happiness of every resident. The suites are safe and comfortable. It brings such peace of mind knowing that loved ones are cared for with such compassion and respect.
Horizon Place is owned by Levante Living. The retirement residence is located at 760 Horizon Drive in London, Ontario. My mother is currently living there due to unexpected health issues I have incurred. The staff at Horizon are absolutely wonderful, and I see how attentive they are towards their clients. However, this residence has been neglected. My son and I have gone with a small chainsaw to cut dead branches within their courtyard that were so dry and dangerous to the residents.
