Very unprofessional and not sanitary place at all.
Nail tech was surprisingly rude- talking on the phone while doing my nails. Gruff and rough pointing instead of telling me instructions. My nails were bumpy and rough and had to be redone. The salon is run down and the equipment well used . I felt like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. - strange experience
This nail salon did not meet my expectations. The quality of service felt low for the prices charged, and my overall experience was disappointing. I was a regular customer but often felt a lack of respect. On multiple occasions, the female owner was careless during my service and caused my nail bed to bleed, which was uncomfortable and concerning.
