This is the worst HOA I have ever used before. Not only do they charge outrageous prices ($220/month including a $60 "roof assessment" fee) for not really a lot of service, they are very rude on the phone. I have called them multiple times regarding various issues and I have noticed the unprofessional attitude. Especially when you ask them for a response, they refer you to the email in which case I email and do not receive a response even though I email several times for updates.
