I see some negative comments here, but i want to say that I have had the best experience with Horizon Link. My son have had many different bus transportation and Horizon Link has honestly been the greatest i have ever experienced. Everyone will have different experiences but as a child advocate, I have had to switch companies to ensure my child safety. They literally left my daughter at the school I had to leave work drive 45 min to get her horrible then the driver tells me she’s not obligated to take her home since she didn’t ride the bus to the school

So I’m extremely surprised if the reviews I have seen on here on the Horizon Link company, as I have had nothing but good things to say! In the beginning of the school year there are always bumps as they are trying to figure out the route to pick up kids, once it’s been about two weeks it’s pretty much set. I personally call and ask for an estimate of what time my child should be down stairs.
