I see some negative comments here, but i want to say that I have had the best experience with Horizon Link. My son have had many different bus transportation and Horizon Link has honestly been the greatest i have ever experienced. Everyone will have different experiences but as a child advocate, I have had to switch companies to ensure my child safety.
