Ordered a variety of aircraft parts, order was quickly completed and shipped. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Great service.....
I am still waiting for my back-order. You said by the end of Sept. I sure would like to contact you by phone.
Used to be the best in the industry. Now it seems they hardly care. Specifics: Orders ship with missing items. Pay for expedited shipping and order sit for 5 days. Items ship with zero quantity and are backordered but website still shows available to ship. Every time you talk with someone they don't know why a problem happened and they don't even seem to care that it did. I used to order almost everything through them and am now going elsewhere except on the items that are exclusive HH.
I can not get on ur website after I put my info for the 10% off it will not go anywhere and everytime I try to go to the website it goes to the the 10%part and does not go anywhere
