I've been reading a lot of comments about people having to repair RC vehicles right out of the box. First, I'll say this: I've never had to deal with customer service, so I can't speak to that experience. What I can speak to is the hobby itself. I've been into hobby-grade RC since I was 9 years old, and I'm 45 now. In my experience, if you're not fixing your RC, you're probably not using it the way it was meant to be used.
