Very dissatisfied purchased 2 Axial 1/18 utb18 Capra 4ws 4x4 for Christmas gifts and both of them would not work out of the box on Christmas morning because the batteries would not charge. I have reached out to product support many times and they continue to ghost me and not resolve the problem.
Great communications and service
Ordered three parts, one of which I knew would be a long delivery. Of the two parts that were supposed to be in stock, one of those was backordered and it was the one I needed the soonest. I tried to call Horizon, but it turns out they will only process your call if you are a member of their premium membership club; otherwise you have to email or chat. I chose chat.
