Don came out made bid on shower glass door and we hired him to do the job. He then proceeds to not call back leaving us thinking he had ordered the glass. Two weeks go by no call so I call to follow-up and come to find out here hasn't ordered the glass and then tells me he is not going to do the job after saying he was. Wasted two weeks that I could been getting someone else. Can't be trusted and will not recommend his company. Awful businessman.

Donnie did a great job on a custom window for us. He handled it quickly, worked after hours and followed up to make sure everything fit correctly. He is very responsive, honest and easy to work with. I have already recommended him to clients of mine.

Gave Don and his team a chance with starting out on his own to make my house brighter with more doors and windows. His crew was nice, but did not have the proper training to install doors and windows. Headers were not strung across the windows and the ones across the sliding doors did not go wide enough across opening to hit next wall support. Contacted Pella and they looked at it and said was incorrect install, but i unfortunately waited to long and fell out of my 2 year labor warranty. If would of known that Don did not st... read more
