Its 9:15 am on Feb 14 “Valentine’s Day’. I have been waiting for doors to open for 37 minutes, I stood by door in freezing cold watching employees walk around. Nobody came to help me. I eventually called this branch and nobody answered, it went to a main operator and she had to call this branch to find out they are only taking Drive Through’s today.
