George Dunning told me at 29yrs old I couldn't do a 30yr mortgage. I wouldn't be working in 30yrs. He said the land I was looking ar was worth $800,000 it sold for $360,000. I was looking for $400,000. Jennifer fendt took over she said my house was only worth $40k and she could only do 80%. I had a appraisal for $100k. Later she loaned me $40k on that same property. Farm has screwed me out any opportunity to do something good.
