Absolutely garbage experience. If i could give zero stars I would. No one called to verify any information with me and I had to call myself and the therapist reached out directly to me to schedule everything. I was paired with an associate therapist, which means they were still working towards being licensed. I was never given any actual charges that would be billed to me, they just all of a sudden charged my credit card for over $100 each session, even though in their "good faith estimate" (clearly not in that good of faith... read more

Diana Saxton was highly unprofessional. I had a phone consultation and filled out these extensive forms. Then when trying to set up the first appointment it was a whole back and forth ordeal. finally we agreed on a time after WEEKS of back and forth. she suggested the day we finally agreed upon. then days later she said “sorry i’m not free that day” even though she’s the only who suggested it?
