Very pleasant experience with this company. We needed equipment fast and they delivered.
I recently had this vintage 1940's Hobart A-200 rebuilt by Horizon. It did cost a little more than expected but they did an excellent job.
we are new owners of a restaurant in Eagan that has needed a lot of refrigeration repairs and replacements. We have been doing business with Horizon for many years. They are always professional and available when we need them. Repair? Onit!! New stuff? On it!! Great company.
I highly recommend this company for any of your refrigeration repair needs. They are prompt to respond to our emergency needs or our regular needs for repair. They are highly professional trained technicians that do excellent work! Owning a restaurant/bar is a 24/7 job and we can count on Rick and his staff 24/7.
I'm glad others have had a favorable experience with this company Because this has been a night-mare for me working with this company. From trying to get a quote and getting someone to respond, there was no such this as timely, even the simplest questions took weeks. the first inquiry was on 9/5 for reorder pricing, finally by 9/25 I had what I needed placed the order Still don't have it 11/25 and no one seam to care. I do not recommend this company.
