I had to pay taxes I was told they would take my money from my savings account, where I has enough to cover the amount. We the IRS took money from my checking account which over drafted. Then when I payed bills, more over drafts. Normally the credit union would call me and advise...so I an correct the issue. No one email or called until I received a monthly statement. I was with Idahy credit union before it became Horizon. My dad set me with with a account when I was 12. NOOO customer service.
