It went smooth..
I have my auto loan here. It's ok. My 1099 employer wanted to pay me via Zelle so asked HCU if their checking accounts are compatible (I didn't want to connect the app to the account at my main bank). There was a lot of internal confusion but they said yes. So, I opened a new account and paid for checks, only to find that they only used Zelle via a debit card which did not accept deposits. Unusable. I let the bankers know, but they didn't care or offer to reimburse me for checks I did not need. Out time and money. Closed acc... read more
