Always a struggle at the ATM, English or Spanish is a joke in this area and slows things down. Slower at the windows you're better off going in. Customer service is always great.
No indoor atm only outside and if the sun is at the right angle you can't see the entry screen
They mess up a lot. Have accidentally done transactions to my account when they ment to, to my parents. And now I am trying to get reimbursed for a charge. The charge happens monthly and I can only submit one document to my work for it. Horizon said it was just impossible to do that.... I could only get the last 3 months by searching the charge. If I wanted to get reimbursed for the rest I must open up every statement, locate the charge and somehow combine into one document so my work will reimburse me. Just very disappointe... read more
Terrible customer service and communication. Autopay for car loan was deactivated, and the calls about it sounded like the usual scam phone calls. No emails or letters sent for late payment resulting in a credit hit.
