One star because 0 isn't available :). Have our boat loan housed here because our boat is in Lake CDA and never used. Made the fatal mistake of pulling insurance Oct 2025 since we hadn't used it in 2 years not realizing forced insurance would go into effect. Got 0 correspondence except a few emails stating to call them about my account. This company is as low as it goes. Brenda Malloy the Senior Insurance Specialist is cruel and heartless. This is the only company that refused to work with me when my spouse of 25 years passed away unexpectedly and tragically. In canceling my partners car insurance, I inadvertently, removed the collision portion of my RV Trailer. Today's visit reminded me why I've been with Horizon Credit Union. Service is always quick, friendly and extra mile. Valerie made today's visit especially nice!
This last notice that they were going to be working on their database really screwed it up big time!!! The website is no longer available!!! And Googling Horizon Credit Union is useless because you only get their Google Map position, you can't even reach their various local websites for each Location!!!

What an awesome personality to do business with , surely recommend her for all the financial matters , she is indeed a champion and knows the way to deal with the things like no one else in the market .
