This credit union, Horizon Credit Union (South Washington location) offers outstanding customer service to its members. Specifically, Ms. Krystina Gooch, is absolutely awesome in supporting its members upon request. I had an issue in recovering the Deed to my recently paid off mortgage of my private residence. She willing offered to assist by calling the mortgage company and relaying my request. Problem solved! A couple of months ago, I went into HZCU to purchase cashier’s checks. My husband needed them in order to complete some documents. The funds I used were his, and I explained to the teller that we are married, he lives here in Spokane, and the money was his. When the teller heard my husband’s name, she commented that he could be committing fraud and added that this happens often with “those people.” I was shocked and taken aback by the remark.
