Walked in and inquired about starting a business checking account. I had all of the necessary paperwork in my google drive ready to be emailed and printed by a banker but the front desk lady wouldn't even let me talk to one without the physical papers in my hand. She was exceptionally rude, I was able to go to STCU and open my account with them.
Online service phone tree is terrible! The help center is terrible!
