To do anything with your online account is Ridiculous!!! Their website is fine but the online accounts for customers is Ridiculous!!!
I have been to every branch in Spokane and Steven's Country. Most of the people are very unhelpful and even rude but Debby at the Nevada street branch is a saint. Like today I had trouble at a Spokane Valley branch and ended up just leaving. I went straight to Debby at the Nevada street branch. She took care of the problems like it was nothing. I definitely recommend Debby at the Nevada street branch over anyone. She is the best.
Fast ATM and easy to use. Also has shared branching, they accepted deposit for my out of town credit Union.
I have a car loan with horizon every time I go to this branch every teller is unprofessional, has an attitude that it’s a bother we’re there and they have to work and every time I’m there I’m never greeted. I had a question about gap when I first got my loan and the teller went to get me help from the branch manager who was laughing and chatting with a person from their own marketing department setting up new signs etc and I literally watched her shrug me off to the teller and go back to just talking, being a loan officer my... read more
