I have a car loan with horizon every time I go to this branch every teller is unprofessional, has an attitude that it’s a bother we’re there and they have to work and every time I’m there I’m never greeted. When I purchased my car the dealer told me they only did business through Horizon Credit Union. For the past 4 1/2 years I am only given one statement every 3 months which doesn’t make sense given the speed and services of technology today. (The mortgage shows the day I send it.) Plus, the statement comes in maybe the 3rd of the month or even later in the 4th month. In the meantime I receive an email stating I ought to be checking my statements monthly. Huh?! Used their Credit Union Coop ATM, would not prompt for denomination settings. Distributed large bills, so went inside right after to break to smaller usable $20's. Refused to help as not "their" member even though from their machine. Bad business. With that kind of service I would hate to be a member there. Look down the reviews, always respond but don't seem to really change. Would not recommend and will avoid using their ATM in the future.
They're super helpful and friendly. No need to make an appointment, and the lines are short/non-existent!
