Its so strange to not be a fan of a Credit Union. Like, what a strange thing to complain about? However, the degree to which Horizon has made my life subtly more difficult over the years leading to my decision to find a new bank is actually impressive. Ill save you the myriad of customer service issues, mobile banking problems, and blocked access to certain aspects of my own account. To do anything with your online account is Ridiculous!!! Their website is fine but the online accounts for customers is Ridiculous!!!
I have been to every branch in Spokane and Steven's Country. Most of the people are very unhelpful and even rude but Debby at the Nevada street branch is a saint. Like today I had trouble at a Spokane Valley branch and ended up just leaving. I went straight to Debby at the Nevada street branch. She took care of the problems like it was nothing. I definitely recommend Debby at the Nevada street branch over anyone. She is the best.
Fast ATM and easy to use. Also has shared branching, they accepted deposit for my out of town credit Union.
