Lora, the loan officer was very helpful. She answered all my questions about my current loan. Also, allowed me to voice my concerns about my buying experience for recent RV purchase. While I was there, we discussed the other products that would be available to me as a new member of the credit union.
Its so strange to not be a fan of a Credit Union. Like, what a strange thing to complain about? However, the degree to which Horizon has made my life subtly more difficult over the years leading to my decision to find a new bank is actually impressive. To do anything with your online account is Ridiculous!!! Their website is fine but the online accounts for customers is Ridiculous!!!
