Never knew a financial institution could deny you opening an account. Should have figured it would be Horizon CU. Never experienced anything like it. Forget WA State for banking....we are taking our business back to Ohio. Also, when you know upfront, actually always, that you are denying someone from giving you their money you should do a soft pull on their credit. Not only did you cost us an hour of our time but my credit score took a hit. I truly believe Christine was bored and just wanted to look busy for an hour.
Christine has been wonderful to work with. We enjoy our local credit union and all that they offer to us.
