We do our banking here and the teller helped us figure out some things about our account. They are always helpful and friendly towards us.
I like being able to do everything through the atm. Plus they keep my money so I like them.
I would have said this credit union was good in the begining,but toward the end they don't communicate or even care. They literally squeeze every penny they can. Paid off loan years early then tried to come back and say I owed 3.00 yes 3.00 extra interest ok then after paid off they came back and said I had a late charge of 34.00 on the interest. I would definitely not go with this group. I just bought a new car and definitely didnt consider them.
Sahara provided excellent service, timely and courteous. She was helping my disabled and hurting wife through an ID Theft nightmare. Her patience and kindness and compassion made all the difference!
