Going down hill fast. Customer service sucks bad. Hopefully still in business in a couple years.
I went to this location this morning to close all of my accounts. There were four people sitting at two desks. None of them can do anything to help you. Everything you do at this credit union has to go through a kiosk with a screen, and if you want privacy, you have to pick up an old fashion telephone so that the people in the lobby can’t hear your conversation. Great customers service.
I've been a member of this Credit Union for over 10 years, its where I got my first debit card. But I don't think I'm going to make it to 11 years. The bank is fine for keeping money, withdrawals and deposits. But every time I have a problem the Credit Union always seems to work against its members. They made a error transferring a subscription over 4 years ago and was only recently noticed. Now they have put a hold on my account for almost $2000 dollars and expect me to pay it immediately.
