Pathetic for senior citizens to have to stand in line waiting to speak to a teller that you have to communicate with on a monitor.
Terrible service, extremely slow, and not helpful.
One more great example of stellar service from Horizon Credit Union. I had preliminary help from both Dawnavyn and Ivy. Both were helpful, accommodating and both efficient and professional. Kudos to HCU for finding great people to employ and training them carefully so that clients can receive the good financial service we depend on.
The worst credit union I have ever been with. Not only do the work like a normal bank, being their hours are only Monday through Friday, it’s having the ‘robot’ customer service. There’s a line of 4 people waiting to make deposits, and even though there are 2 real people sitting not 10’ away, they are loan officers. They can’t take deposits. So everyone is forced to wait for the 1 machine to interact with an employee that is in the basement. This is not an understaffing issue, since there is only 1 machine. I waited 25 minut... read more
