I love that Horizon is still small enough that a real person answers the phone and I don't have to go through a bunch of prompts! The customer service is great and they make sound financial decisions. A wonderful credit union!
Friendly and efficient service for what we wanted.
Pathetic for senior citizens to have to stand in line waiting to speak to a teller that you have to communicate with on a monitor.
Terrible service, extremely slow, and not helpful.
