Love this bank. Staff has above an beyond for me and my family multiple times. I used a national bank when I moved out of the area years ago and regretted it. Once I moved back to the area I have bought multiple motorcycles and cars through them without issues.

Online account got hacked and locked us out of the account then the hacker made two 499.00 transfers. Horizon told us that they were not responsible because they hacked the online account and not the check card. Horizon claimed that we gave out our password. They would not provide us with a wirtten statement or legit reason why or even a policy stating the reason why it was not covered in our fraud protection.
