Online account got hacked and locked us out of the account then the hacker made two 499.00 transfers. Horizon told us that they were not responsible because they hacked the online account and not the check card. Horizon claimed that we gave out our password. They would not provide us with a wirtten statement or legit reason why or even a policy stating the reason why it was not covered in our fraud protection. Really liked this Bank until I got scammed by someone pretending to be with Amazon, I contacted Amazon customer service and they told me if my bank would investigate it I would get my money back. This bank didn't even attempt to do anything, so I went to another bank
