Penny at the Mohave Valley branch did absolutely amazing helping us get access to our online account after being locked out for days, she was patient and kind and we really appreciate her!!!
They have been so helpful and above amazing. When my mom passed away after handling all of her and my dads banking for the last fifty years and my dad had to learn how to handle the finances and bank account they made everything so easy and helped him adjust. They were caring and supportive and helped him with all of their accounts and continue to be helpful whenever he has any type of banking question or concerns. I was very impressed.
Everyone at this branch is amazing! They’re always so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. You can really tell they care about their customers. Great service every time I visit!
Exceptional staff and always feel welcomed when visiting the branch
I opened an account today with the help of Cassie. She is very knowledgeable about all the services that the bank offers. I was able to open the two accounts I need and also given advise for future services that will be helpful financially for my family. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted or acknowledged by each banker there at one time or another while finishing up. Highly recommend this credit union.
