After a horrific experience with chase they locked our accounts for 2 weeks with ZERO logical reasoning. After being customers for almost 20 years they said we were simply spending OUR money too fast while building our new home. I went here to open a new account with these dry non personable people and left after 30 minutes. First, the teller I encountered had the personality of a glass of water and then the 2nd person I encountered acted as a robot who couldn't speak. Well , the 3rd person were the bank branch manager I suppose. I were going to open an account and deposit $7,000 and she then started her interrogation like a detective ! Great ATM. Allows you to specify denominations, 50s or 100s, instead of spitting out a bunch of twenty dollar bills
Do not use the ATM I tried to withdrawal money and they took the money out of my account and the ATM never dispensed the cash. I went inside to talk to a worker and they told me they couldn't help or do anything for me and to dispute the transaction with my own bank. This is outrageous and I will never ever trust Horizon with any sort of transaction.
I'm just finally getting back on my feet from the effects from social and economic impact on everyone from the pandemic. Finding a banking institution to give someone a chance after that was crippling. But Becky from Horizon gave me that chance. Everyone has been Top Notch and professionally kind.
