Wonderful bank with great security and the ladies at the Munster branch are top notch!!!
playa/plaija (the bank manager) shows micro aggression towards her black clients and is very rude. this bank won’t care if you’re missing money, need a dispute, a check deposit, they will find a way to steal from you and then say there isn’t anything they can do and blame you.
Cindy is rude, unprofessional and possibly racist. Terrible customer service. I've already filed a consumer complaint with the Attorney General and I'd advise EVERYONE to bank elsewhere!!!!!!
This has been my bank since I moved to Munster more than a decade ago. The entire staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me and I will miss them all when I move away, hopefully to a place where Horizon has a branch.
