Everyone at the bank is extremely nice, polite, accommodating and always very helpful. Anyone who submits a bad review about the staff needs to look inward, because I can’t imagine that they’re being truthful or sincere.
Wonderful bank with great security and the ladies at the Munster branch are top notch!!!
playa/plaija (the bank manager) shows micro aggression towards her black clients and is very rude. this bank won’t care if you’re missing money, need a dispute, a check deposit, they will find a way to steal from you and then say there isn’t anything they can do and blame you.
Cindy is rude, unprofessional and possibly racist. Terrible customer service. I've already filed a consumer complaint with the Attorney General and I'd advise EVERYONE to bank elsewhere!!!!!!
