Love the tellers BUT the bank leaves a lot to be desired. The Napier bank is consistently out of money in the ATM. Once again Sunday morning and I can’t get my money. Has happened on a Friday evening too. Replace the ATM Put more money in it on weekends Get an ATM that takes deposits Napier bank - tellers are great and friendly BUT the bank definitely does not serve its customers well in Benton Harbor (Fairplain) as other areas in the Twin Cities.
I thought you can buy change from a bank guess I was wrong. Only customer of thus bank can only bank there. Well where can you buy changs if not from a bank?
