Always friendly staff to answer my questions
Terrible service at this location!!! Walked in hoping to get change broken down for 100 and the ladies up front were rude and would not let me do it even though I had an account!!!! What the heck, I thought you were a bank?! There wasn’t a person in there and they would still not break change! Closing my business account there and taking my business elsewhere! DO NOT OPEN A CHEMICAL BANK ACCOUNT. This location is terrible.
Been here dozens of times and never had any issues here. The manager is very friendly and cheerful, as are the staff members.
