This bank will steal your money. I work at the post office and the post office forgot to submit our pay so they had to issue us money orders. My coworker deposited his money order at this bank and they marked it as fraud! Fine dont cash it. But give it back! It is not yours! He worked his but off for that money and they cant replace it until we have the money order back! The postmaster called. He cant get gas to get to work! This is total crap and theft! Do not do a mortgage loan with Horizon bank, it's a nightmare. We are very reliable and pay on time, but the communication of Horizon bank- from the branches to the corporate customer service numbers are awful.
