My paycheck is issued through Horizon bank, and they would not cash it because I made an alteration on my endorsement. Left me without an income for 2 weeks. I am a signer on the account my paycheck is drawn from, and they still refused to cash my paycheck. Bills to pay, mouths to feed, kids to raise. $0.00 NON-NEGOTIABLE
Mike the mortgage officer will talk to you like you're an idiot. I've always had great service with Kari at the cadillac branch but Mike is an aggressive jerk.
Always very pleasant an helpful. They also give your fur babies a lil treat if their with you. Great place to bank.
