Even though I am not a customer just tried to use their atm it malfunctioned during my transaction. It kept my money. Not happy right now.
Awful customer service! Horizon is known for amazing service but this bank is just disappointing... i had to come in instead of the drive up which was fine.. when i walked in no one said hello the lady at the desk didnt even look up said she will be right with you and at the end they couldn’t help me... Take a extra few minutes to drive down to the one on 119th street it does not have a drive up but they are excellent!
