Worst bank ever so I opened the account which took forever and then I had a check for 4500 to deposit they took 3 weeks to clear the check and then I received a check in the mail and I don't have a vehicle so I did a mobile upload well the check turned out to be bad however the bank is calling my fault and they are closing my account so I'm confused I thought that's what banks were for so they could run it first to check if it was good or bad so they say I put my self at risk and the bank well I'm pretty sure I paid an extra... read more
I’m editing this review to note I received a call from Bank management in which my previous concern about computer automated administration of a specific corporate level policy was acknowledged and corrective action assured. When have you had that happen? Anyway, the Bank’s response verifies that upper management listens to customer concerns and that customer focus is an important part of their corporate philosophy. Definitely a good hometown place to do business.
Every time I go to this bank the older ladies always act like it's such an inconvenience to do a transaction. I have not had a friendly teller since I started banking there. They have the most inconvenient branches. While the other branches that have closed down were more centralized to where the community is. Not the best option for banks in northern indiana.
