I have banked with Wells Fargo for years, and have never had an issue they didn't resolve at their expense when they were at fault. However there are no Wells Fargo branches anywhere near Fremont, so I opened an account at Horizon. I expected more from Horizon, given it is a small local bank, so should be more versatile and personable. While the Fremont branch bankers seemed friendly enough, the rest of the experience, was terrible. My son had been saving his allowance for years before Horizon took over and took out $52 in fees in less than 6 months. Ridiculous!!!!
