Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk and came out issuing demands of a law abiding citizen on a public sidewalk. They respected first amendment rights to take photos and videos as long as there on a public sidewalk not on the property all good
I have banked with Wells Fargo for years, and have never had an issue they didn't resolve at their expense when they were at fault. However there are no Wells Fargo branches anywhere near Fremont, so I opened an account at Horizon. I expected more from Horizon, given it is a small local bank, so should be more versatile and personable. While the Fremont branch bankers seemed friendly enough, the rest of the experience, was terrible.
