Friendly staff. Great bank!
We've been banking at this location for 20 yrs.
We went to Fremont today to invest money in cds after going to Huntington Bank where we turned around and walked out we stopped at Horizon and where able to transact the business we wanted to without any problems. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful will do business with them again!
Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk and came out issuing demands of a law abiding citizen on a public sidewalk. There is no laws Federal State against video taping a bank. Manager very unprofessional. Demanding questions of personal information of the person on the public sidewalk. They respected first amendment rights to take photos and videos as long as there on a public sidewalk not on the property all good
