Been a customer two times. I had a non overdraft checking account. I preferred this. I found out after a year or so of being a loyal customer they had s sign me up for the Platinum account which I've never used never had they decided that they were only going to give me 3 months of a refund 1499 every month out of my bank account without my knowledge without me signing anything I never signed for this account 45 bucks back and they have been charging me 1499 for numerous months I finally went in had it taken off and now they... read more
They are rude won't close my dead husband account in the mean time his brother is use in his card and the lady asked if I knew he was use in it really lady yeah he it now you people need to go after him when he fraudly spends his money I been telling u people even with a death certificate don't bother to put your spin on this you should your true self horrible bank and employees
Wanted to deposit a check into my boyfriends account, even called ahead to make sure they would allow it. They told me on the phone that I could but there would be a hold on the check. Cool. Get there, and the story suddenly changed.... Not the lady at the windows fault, but the managers should probably all get on the same page. Thanks for wasting my time.
