Horizon Bank Nowra is the only bank that has ever called me just to check in to see how I’m going as I am a member of theirs. They genuinely care about you and not just your banking. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. You can tell they truly care. They deserve more than 5 stars
Had such a positive experience with the fantastic team at Horizon Bank Nowra. They were all friendly, welcoming and genuinely interested in what I was trying to achieve. The new Bank Manager, Matt Jenkins, was actively introducing himself which was really nice as you don't often get that at other banks. Would highly recommend going to visit this Branch knowing Matt and his team give excellent customer service!
